所谓绿色GDP，就是不污染和破坏自然环境的GDP。纠正单维以GDP为核心的国民经济核算方式的缺陷，构建绿色GDP，是实现经济社会可持续发展的客观要求。从我国实际出发，应以SEEA为标准来建立适合我国的环境及经济核算体系。在保证指标体系科学性和全面性的前提下，可考虑先在经济基础较为雄厚、统计工作开展较好的地区开展绿色GDP账户编制的试点工作，待经验完善后再向全国推广。

＂Green GDP＂ refers to the GDP that causes no pollution or damage to nature. Avoiding the accounting means based only on GDP and constructing the ＂green GDP＂ is the basic requirement for a sustainable development of our society and economy. China should adopt SEEA standard as the suitable accounting system. With the scientific and comprehensive system as the foundation, China should plan to have a try at implementing the green GDP accounting in the economically and statistically developed areas before its implementation all over China.
