公元1247年，藏传佛教萨迦派大师萨迦班智达与蒙古汗国驻守西凉的汗王阔端汗进行了具有划时代意义的会谈，双方商定了吐蕃全境归属蒙古统治的具体条件，发表了著名的“萨迦班智达致蕃人书”。从此，蒙古汗国在吐蕃派官设治，奠定了西藏归于蒙元帝国统治的基础。
公元1247年，藏傳彿教薩迦派大師薩迦班智達與矇古汗國駐守西涼的汗王闊耑汗進行瞭具有劃時代意義的會談，雙方商定瞭吐蕃全境歸屬矇古統治的具體條件，髮錶瞭著名的“薩迦班智達緻蕃人書”。從此，矇古汗國在吐蕃派官設治，奠定瞭西藏歸于矇元帝國統治的基礎。
공원1247년，장전불교살가파대사살가반지체여몽고한국주수서량적한왕활단한진행료구유화시대의의적회담，쌍방상정료토번전경귀속몽고통치적구체조건，발표료저명적“살가반지체치번인서”。종차，몽고한국재토번파관설치，전정료서장귀우몽원제국통치적기출。
In 1247, sa- skya Master of sa -skya -pa of Tibetan Buddhism held an epoch- making negotiation with the Mongolian Prince Kuoduan stationing at Xiliang. This negotiation reached the agreement for the Tubo Re,me to submit to the Mongolian King- dom, that is, the well - known Letter to the Tubos by saskya Master. Since then, the Mongolian Kingdom had sent officials to administrate the Tubo area, which was the foundation for the future Mongolian Kingdom＇s control of Tibet.
