“教考分离”作为目前高等教育考试制度改革的一种趋势受到越来越高的重视。但从现代教育评价观的视角对教考分离制度的合理性进行反思,可以发现,教考分离的评价理念与现代教育评价观相违背;考试功能窄化。制约了评价的发展性功能的有效发挥;内容局限,不利于学术探索与创新;抹杀了教师与学生在评价中的主体地位,导致师生关系扭曲。
“教攷分離”作為目前高等教育攷試製度改革的一種趨勢受到越來越高的重視。但從現代教育評價觀的視角對教攷分離製度的閤理性進行反思,可以髮現,教攷分離的評價理唸與現代教育評價觀相違揹;攷試功能窄化。製約瞭評價的髮展性功能的有效髮揮;內容跼限,不利于學術探索與創新;抹殺瞭教師與學生在評價中的主體地位,導緻師生關繫扭麯。

As a trend in the reform of the current higher education examination system, "the separation of teaching from testing" has attracted more and more attention. However, by reflecting on its rationality from the perspective of the evaluation view of modern education, we find that the evaluation idea about such a system violates the evalua- tion view of modern education; that the narrowing of testing function constrains the effective play of the developmental function of evaluation; that the content limitations militate against academic research and innovation and that the system of the separation of teaching from testing obliterates teachers and students' dominant position in the evaluation and distorts the relationship between teachers and students.
