焦点短期解决咨询技术目前在国外已经成功地在学校心理咨询和商业心理咨询中得到推广和应用。以咨询过程为主线，以案例形式对焦点解决短期咨询技术的使用过程进行介绍。在焦点解决咨询过程中主要包括4个步骤：问题描述阶段、发展积极明确目标阶段、探索例外阶段、会晤结束前反馈阶段。认为焦点解决短期咨询技术在运动心理咨询中具有很强的应用性和推广价值。

The solution-focused approach is a form of brief therapy that has been successfully adapted to business coaching and school counseling. The purpose of this article is to give an instruction to solution-focused counseling and the way of using in the field of sport counseling. In order to make the instruction more clearly, we take a sport counseling sample in the article. In the solution-focused process of counseling, it usually follows four processes： 1 ） description of the problem; 2） development of well-formulated goals ; 3） exploration for expectation ; 4 ） end-of-session feedback. The application of the solution-focused approach made us confident for its value in sport counseling.
