通过文献资料、观察、访谈等研究方法，对中国女子网球进步的经验进行了总结。认为举国体制、科学训练、体育科研的协助、教练队伍水平的提高等都是我国女子网球突破的重要原因。根据目前运动训练学中较为热点的观点结合网球项目的规律，认为我国女子网球发展需要在后备人才的培养、训练细致性、竞赛体制等方面努力。
通過文獻資料、觀察、訪談等研究方法，對中國女子網毬進步的經驗進行瞭總結。認為舉國體製、科學訓練、體育科研的協助、教練隊伍水平的提高等都是我國女子網毬突破的重要原因。根據目前運動訓練學中較為熱點的觀點結閤網毬項目的規律，認為我國女子網毬髮展需要在後備人纔的培養、訓練細緻性、競賽體製等方麵努力。

This study analyzed how national team of women＇s tennis made great progress during recent years by the methods of investigation and literature. The result why the national team won so many tournaments were the government supporting, the scientists helping, the right way of training, and the improvement of coaching level. This essay also analyzed the requirements which were cultivating reserve talent, training detail, holding a tournaments of ITF for sustainable development of national competitive tennis.
