运用Maslach的教师职业倦怠通用量表MBI-KS及自编的教师职业倦怠影响因素问卷对天津市高校体育教师职业倦怠状况及影响因素进行调查分析，结果显示：天津市高校体育教师职业倦怠整体上不严重；性别在职业倦怠各个维度上均不具有显著性差异；职业倦怠随教龄的增加呈现双高峰的发展趋势；不同职称的教师在情绪衰竭维度上存在非常显著性差异；周学时16-18学时的教师其情绪衰竭维度得分最高；影响因素的的大小依次为社会因素、个人因素、学校因素和职业因素。
運用Maslach的教師職業倦怠通用量錶MBI-KS及自編的教師職業倦怠影響因素問捲對天津市高校體育教師職業倦怠狀況及影響因素進行調查分析，結果顯示：天津市高校體育教師職業倦怠整體上不嚴重；性彆在職業倦怠各箇維度上均不具有顯著性差異；職業倦怠隨教齡的增加呈現雙高峰的髮展趨勢；不同職稱的教師在情緒衰竭維度上存在非常顯著性差異；週學時16-18學時的教師其情緒衰竭維度得分最高；影響因素的的大小依次為社會因素、箇人因素、學校因素和職業因素。
운용Maslach적교사직업권태통용량표MBI-KS급자편적교사직업권태영향인소문권대천진시고교체육교사직업권태상황급영향인소진행조사분석，결과현시：천진시고교체육교사직업권태정체상불엄중；성별재직업권태각개유도상균불구유현저성차이；직업권태수교령적증가정현쌍고봉적발전추세；불동직칭적교사재정서쇠갈유도상존재비상현저성차이；주학시16-18학시적교사기정서쇠갈유도득분최고；영향인소적적대소의차위사회인소、개인인소、학교인소화직업인소。
Based on the universal measurement of job burnout, the MBI - Educators Survey, which was created by Maslach and his colleagues, and the self- made Qusetiounaire on Affecting Factors of Job Burnout among PE teachers, the survey and analysis of the state of job burnout among Tianjin university PE teachers show as follows： There is no serious job burnout problem among Tianjin university PE teachers; Gender doesn＇t make any remarkable difference in each aspect of job burnout; There are two summits occurring in the tendency of job burnout as the school age grows; Teachers with different titles differ a lot from each other on lacking of passion; Those teachers who have 16- 18 lessons a week got the highest marks in emotional exhaustion; The first four main factors that affected job burnout would be social, personal, school- related and then occupational factors.
