“三农”问题是近年来国内学者研究的热点，但对农民问题的研究主要集中在农民素质和减负问题方面，较少论及农民的闲暇生活。选取茶农这一特殊的群体，从闲暇时间分配、闲暇活动情况以及茶农对待闲暇的心态入手，揭示福建安溪茶农闲暇生活具有明显的季节性；农闲闲暇活动内容的单调性以及茶农对闲暇生活满意度的差异性等特征。必须适当地改变茶农闲暇时间的分配；努力丰富茶农闲暇生活内容；有效地改善闲暇生活资源，积极投入农村的闲暇设施建设以及有意识地培养茶农正确的闲暇观，改变茶农现有的闲暇观念，以提高福建茶农闲暇生活质量。

In recent years, problems concerning agriculture, rural areas and farmers have been hot in domestic scholars＇ study. However, emphasis of study on the problems about farmers was mainly laid on the quality of farmers and reducing the burden on them, while little discussion was made about their leisure life. We choose tea farmers in Fujian Province as object groups to make investigation of the distribution of their free time, their leisure activities and their mentality on leisure. It is revealed that there is a significant seasonal variation in their leisure life, the leisure activity is monotonous, and the farmers＇ satisfaction degree to leisure life is different and so on. As a result, it is necessary to improve the quality of the tea farmers＇ leisure life, such as to change the distribution of leisure time, to diversify leisure activities; to improve the leisure life resources, to promote rural infrastructure construction and change the tea farmers＇ existing concept of leisure.
