碱性条件下,在OP乳化剂存在下,邻羧基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯试剂能与镉形成摩尔比为3:1的红色配合物,配合物最大吸收波长位于520nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.88×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1.在25mL溶液中,镉量在0-10μg范围内符合比尔定律.结合萃取分离,该方法可用于废水中微量镉的测定.

A highly sensitive and selective method for spectrophotometric determination is developed. The result showed that one kind of 3 : 1 red complex compound under the condition of alkalinity and OP emulgator existence by using O-Carboxybenzenediazoaminobenzene-p-azo benzene and cadmium, were obtained, having an absorption maximum at 520 nm with a molar absorptivity of 1.88 × 10^5L · mol^-1 · cm^-1 Beer' s law was obeyed in the concentration range of 0 -10 μg/25mL for Cd(II). It has been applied to the determination of trace of Cd (II) in waste water by using extract separation.
