随着艾滋病在我国的蔓延，经性传播感染艾滋病病毒的高学历人群比例显著增加，在校大学生应该成为预防艾滋病重点人群．本文通过对广东6所高校在校大学生的问卷调查发现：在校大学生的艾滋病相关知识认知度偏低，艾滋病相关态度较为积极，艾滋病相关行为风险性较高；同时由于在校大学生对艾滋病的知识与态度具有显著相关性，且不同的宣传途径对相关的知识、态度、行为的影响不同；因此艾滋病预防教育需要学校、媒体、社会等多方面的配合，政府在其中应起协调和促进作用．

Faced with the rapid spread of AIDS in China, especially the number of the high educational people who infected HIV is increasing. Therefore, AIDS prevention should focus on college students. After a survey had been done in six universities in Guangdong Province, we found college students have low awareness of knowledge, positive attitudes, and high risk behavior about AIDS. We also found that the relationship between their knowledge and attitude was significantly positive, and different education approaches make different influence on their knowledge, attitudes and behaviors. Therefore, college education of AIDS prevention should be carried out with the cooperation of mass media, and society, while, the government should play a role of coordination and promotion.
