“合作教育”是通过学习与工作的结合,使学生掌握未来就业所需要的知识和职业技能,毕业后直接适应岗位需求与岗位“零距离”。本文以高等职业教育农类专业为研究对象,采用“合作教育”理论对农类应用型人才培养体系的构建进行研究与探索。结果表明,“合作教育”使应用型人才培养教学效果显著,是高等职业教育人才培养可供借鉴的模式。

“합작교육”시통과학습여공작적결합,사학생장악미래취업소수요적지식화직업기능,필업후직접괄응강위수구여강위“령거리”。본문이고등직업교육농류전업위연구대상,채용“합작교육”이론대농류응용형인재배양체계적구건진행연구여탐색。결과표명,“합작교육”사응용형인재배양교학효과현저,시고등직업교육인재배양가공차감적모식。
Cooperative education could make students to grasp the necessary knowledge of the future employment and the vocational skills through a combination of learning and work, and to adapt to the job after graduation. The agricultural profession of the higher vocational education is as the study object of this paper. The writer studied and practiced the construction of the cultural system about the agricultural practice - orien- ted talents with the theory of the cooperative education. The results showed cooperative education could increase the teaching effeetion of the agricultural practice - oriented talent' s cultivation, and was a cultural methods which trained the talents of the higher vocational education.
