近年来，外资银行在网点建设、经营规模等方面的变化证明中国银行业的开放程度已经越来越高。基于工行、中行和建行1999—2007年的面板数据进行的实证回归表明，中国银行业的对外开放目前对中资银行已经产生了一定的影响，但影响还不是很大，相关部门与商业银行应完善对策，争取在未来的竞争与合作中保持优势。

In recent years, the development of the operational network construction and operational scale of foreign invested banks has proved the fact that the opening level of domestic banking industry is increasing. The empirical regression result using the panel datas of the ICBC , BC , CCB during the period of 1999 - 2007 has indicated the opening of China＇s banking industry has some impact on local invested banks. However the impact is still not very significant. The relevant government departments and commercial banks should perfect the countermeasures , strive to maintain competitive advantage amid future competitions and cooperations.
