理性的发展过程，是人借助于工具，对客观规律的认识过程，在这个过程中，理性取得了合法性与合理性的形式。因此，法作为理性关系的存在物，毫无疑问是以法律话语的形式对理性的叙述与建构。然而，人的有限理性，又意味着法必须为非理性留有足够的生存空间。
理性的髮展過程，是人藉助于工具，對客觀規律的認識過程，在這箇過程中，理性取得瞭閤法性與閤理性的形式。因此，法作為理性關繫的存在物，毫無疑問是以法律話語的形式對理性的敘述與建構。然而，人的有限理性，又意味著法必鬚為非理性留有足夠的生存空間。

The developing process of rationality, is the process which person with the aid of the tool, realize the objective rule. In this process, the rationality has obtained the form of validity and the rationality. Therefore, the law as a rationality being, is the form to narrate and constructs rationality by the legal word form without adoubt. However, human＇s limited rationality also meant the law must remain enough existing - space for the non-rationality.
