基于OECD国家投入产出数据，分析服务外包发展的影响因素，结果表明：制造业和服务业的外包需求、信息技术水平、市场环境变迁、劳动力成本的上升对服务外包的发展有积极的推动作用，服务业市场的开放促进了服务离岸外包的发展。

This paper analyzes the influencing factors based on OECD Countries＇ input-output data. It shows that the outsouring demand of manufacturing industry and service, information techndogy, market enviroment change, the raise in labor costs play a positive role in service outsourcing, moreover, the service outsaving opening promotes the development of offshore service outsouring.
