在总结组织气氛对知识工作团队有效性规律的基础上，采用访谈和调查问卷相结合的方式收集数据，对数据进行质量检验。然后使用SPSS13．0对数据进行相关分析，进行假设检验，研究结果表明，不同的团队气氛对团队的绩效、团队工作成员的满意度以及团队承诺具有不同的影响，同时，团队组织气氛通过团队群体效能感这个中介变量对团队的有效性产生影响作用。最后对结果进行分析，并给出合理的解释。

On basis of summing up the vality of organization atmosphere to knowledge working team, this paper collects and tests data by the way of integration of interview and investigation questionnaire. And then usees SPSS13.0 to carry out relevance analysis on these data, carries out the hypothesis checkout. Results shows that OC in group domain was positively related with team performance and team members＇ satisfaction, and team commitment as well. Mediating effect of group efficacy has been found between the OC in self - domain and team performance. At last, it gives out and rational making an explanation.
