It is presented about concept of contract binding quality （CBQ）. The correlation between all the aspects is analysed. The comparative analysis between itself and others relational concept was researched. The value of the concept of contract binding quality being based on complex product systems is found.Thus, it would be conceivable that game theory is presented in field of quality management of complex product systems, it would be conceivable to realize quality management based on contract binding quality.
