我国学界关于公平与效率关系的研究经历了从20世纪80年代初的纳入视野到逐步走向深入的过程。通过对我国公平与效率关系研究的历史考察，总结出了学界关于公平与效率的五种类型七种观点、研究中的三条主线以及政策取向上的两个阶段；指出十七大关于公平与效率的新提法、新原则是对马克思主义公平效率观的科学认识和理性复归。
我國學界關于公平與效率關繫的研究經歷瞭從20世紀80年代初的納入視野到逐步走嚮深入的過程。通過對我國公平與效率關繫研究的歷史攷察，總結齣瞭學界關于公平與效率的五種類型七種觀點、研究中的三條主線以及政策取嚮上的兩箇階段；指齣十七大關于公平與效率的新提法、新原則是對馬剋思主義公平效率觀的科學認識和理性複歸。

The research on the relationship between fairness and efficiency in Chinese academic circle took initiative at the beginning of the 1980s, and the research moved forward step by step. Through the historical investigation on the relationship between fairness and efficiency in China, the paper summed up five major categories and seven viewpoints on fairness and efficiency, as well as three mainlines in research and two stages in the policy orientation. The paper proposed that the Marxist concept of fairness and efficiency should be used as a guiding theory which would extricate oneself from three mistaken ideas in the fairness and efficiency research. The paper also indicated that the new theories and principles as advanced in the Seventeenth National People＇s Congress were scientific understanding and rational reversion towards the Marxist concept of fairness and efficiency.
