超强竞争环境加速了企业竞争优势的耗散速度，并严重威胁到企业的生存和活力。跨国公司从依靠母公司获取的存量资源来获取竞争优势转变到依靠其分布在各地的下属单位获取增量资源来赢得竞争。因此，本研究提出逆向护佑的概念，并通过与其相近概念的区分，进一步明确逆向护佑行为及研究的特征。

The growth of hyper-competitive conditions accelerates the dissipation of competitive advantage, which seriously threatens the survival and vitality of enterprises. It is necessary for MNCs to switch their traditional strategic logic to new one, that is, to depend more on new resources tapped by their foreign subsidiaries than on existing resources exploited by parent companies in competition. Based on the observations, the paper puts forward the concept of reverse parenting, and makes a comparison between it and some related concepts to clarify its characteristics.
