To begin with, this paper analyzes the effect of the microfinance in China rural area and the problem of the rural microfinance which bases on the view of repressed finance.Furthermore, this paper explains the problem of microfinance by using welfare economics, In conclusion, the paper gives some policy suggestion on how to make the microfinance to keep sustained development.
