斯德哥尔摩市哈马碧湖区创立的独特生态循环模式是可持续城市社区发展的典范，该模式确立了双倍生态友好的环境总要求，在土地利用、基础设施、建筑、能源、交通、给排水和废弃物综合管理等方面制定了严格而具体的环境保护目标，并以生态环境为中心实行一体化规划，各部门各行业采用创新性环境方案和生态友好技术，实现了废弃物回收利用的最大化和负面环境影响的最小化。这一模式本身及其工作方式，对我国建设生态循环城市和可持续城市社区，具有重要的借鉴意义。

Hammarby Lake district of Stockholm has created a unique ecocycle model which has made it a model for sustainable urban community. It has established the over-arching environmental goal of twice as good as norm and imposed strict and concrete environmental objectives for land utility, infrastructure, construction and building, energy, transportation, water supply and sewage, and integrated management of solid wastes. It has been planned interestedly centering on ecology and environment. Every sector adopted creative environmental solution and eco-friendly technology, thus maximized waste recycling and minimized negative environmental impacts. This model itself and its working mechanisms should be a reference for the development of ecocycle city and the building of sustainable urban areas in China.
