本文研究了台湾居民对台湾当地休闲旅游的整体质量表现的满意程度。研究结果发现,若单以景点来看,游客对景点的满意度达到中上程度;如果考虑了交通、住宿、餐饮等因素以后,满意程度反而降低。这表明,台湾地区旅游相关配套设施仍有很大的发展与改进空间。
本文研究瞭檯灣居民對檯灣噹地休閒旅遊的整體質量錶現的滿意程度。研究結果髮現,若單以景點來看,遊客對景點的滿意度達到中上程度;如果攷慮瞭交通、住宿、餐飲等因素以後,滿意程度反而降低。這錶明,檯灣地區旅遊相關配套設施仍有很大的髮展與改進空間。

Consumer satisfaction of traveling quality in Taiwan has attracted more and more attentions in recent years with the strong relationships developed across the Taiwan straits since March 2008 and with mainland travelers' swarming into Taiwan. This study measured the domestic travel quality of Taiwan residents based on the consumers' subjective satisfaction. The findings showed that the satisfaction level for destination is not very high, especially when taking traffic, accommodation, and dining into account and that there are still a lot to be done to improve travel related faculties in Taiwan.
