目的探讨食品安全存在的问题、影响因素及其防治措施与对策。方法通过回顾性调查,按食物中毒发生的三间分布和食品原料生产、加工、流通及监督监测等环节比较分析。结果岳阳市食物中毒呈逐年间断下降趋势,影响食物中毒的因素涉及到食品原料生产、加工、流通及监督监测等环节的诸多因素。结论预防食物中毒,保证食品安全要健全现行食品安全法律法规、技术标准和监督监测体制,普及食品安全知识,对食品从农田到餐桌全过程依法进行监督监测。

목적탐토식품안전존재적문제、영향인소급기방치조시여대책。방법통과회고성조사,안식물중독발생적삼간분포화식품원료생산、가공、류통급감독감측등배절비교분석。결과악양시식물중독정축년간단하강추세,영향식물중독적인소섭급도식품원료생산、가공、류통급감독감측등배절적제다인소。결론예방식물중독,보증식품안전요건전현행식품안전법율법규、기술표준화감독감측체제,보급식품안전지식,대식품종농전도찬탁전과정의법진행감독감측。
Objective: To explore food safety problem, affection factors, prevention and control methods. Methods: By retrospective study, the cases of food poisoning were analyzed and compared according to three dimension distributed of the cases of food poisoning, and production ,manufacture, circulating ,monitoring and surveillance of food. Results: The morbidity of food poisoning shows to be decreasing slowly trend. It has assoc iation with production, manufacture, circulating of food and monitoring surveillance etc. Conclusion:Prevention food poisoning, assurance food safety should improve law, technique standard and monitoring surveillance system, popularize food safety knowledge and carry out monitor and surveillance to food from farmland to table by law.
