我国竞技体育后备人才培养模式在经历了全运会选拔模式、政府主导型培养模式、举国体制下的三级训练网模式、“体教结合”和“教体结合”模式之后，还处于实变阶段，并没有达到质变的高度；通过对“体教结合”与“教体结合”模式的理解和二者存在根本分歧的认识，在思考原有后备人才培养模式存在的弊端以及从“体教结合”与“教体结合”模式得到的启示，提出后奥运时代我国竞技体育后备人才的培养必将向完全依托教育系统的全新机制转变。
我國競技體育後備人纔培養模式在經歷瞭全運會選拔模式、政府主導型培養模式、舉國體製下的三級訓練網模式、“體教結閤”和“教體結閤”模式之後，還處于實變階段，併沒有達到質變的高度；通過對“體教結閤”與“教體結閤”模式的理解和二者存在根本分歧的認識，在思攷原有後備人纔培養模式存在的弊耑以及從“體教結閤”與“教體結閤”模式得到的啟示，提齣後奧運時代我國競技體育後備人纔的培養必將嚮完全依託教育繫統的全新機製轉變。
아국경기체육후비인재배양모식재경력료전운회선발모식、정부주도형배양모식、거국체제하적삼급훈련망모식、“체교결합”화“교체결합”모식지후，환처우실변계단，병몰유체도질변적고도；통과대“체교결합”여“교체결합”모식적리해화이자존재근본분기적인식，재사고원유후비인재배양모식존재적폐단이급종“체교결합”여“교체결합”모식득도적계시，제출후오운시대아국경기체육후비인재적배양필장향완전의탁교육계통적전신궤제전변。
In China, the cultivation mode of sports talent reserves is still at consolidation stage after going through selection of National Games model, government-directed model, tertiary training network model under the nation system, and ＂combination of sports and education＂ and ＂combination of education and sports＂, but has not reached the qualitative stage. Through the understanding of ＂combination of sports and education＂ and ＂combination of education and sports＂ and their differences, the authors proposed the drawbacks of the original cultivation model of sports talent reserves. The traditional cultivations model separating sports from education will be changed into depending on the educational system in the post-Olympic Games.
