对比于通常将工资或劳动报酬等同于劳动力成本情况的做法，本文将劳动生产率纳入了分析框架．认为劳动力成本优势是劳动报酬和劳动生产率之间的相对关系。通过对2000-2007年中国规模以上制造业企业数据的测算，本文了解到劳动报酬的增长伴随着劳动生产率更快的增长．所以说在这期间劳动力成本优势并未减弱。进一步地，本文对今后如何保持劳动力成本优势做出了相关探讨。认为产业结构的升级和教育的深化可以实现劳动力成本优势的延续。

Comparing with the usual practice of equating the wage or the labor reward to the labor cost, this paper involves the labor productivity into the analysis of the advantage of labor cost, and considers the advantage of labor cost is a relative index of labor reward and labor cost. Using the data of enterprise data from 2000 to 2007, this paper calculates the labor reward and the labor cost, and finds that the labor productivity has increased faster than ＂the labor reward, so the advantage of labor cost has not been tampered during this period. Furthermore, this paper discusses the question of how to maintain the advantage of labor cost, and considers that upgrading the industry structure and deepening the educating are helpful for this object.
