绩效评价是科技企业孵化器绩效管理的重点和难点。由于组织使命、组织目标等组织内外因素的特殊性,科技企业孵化器绩效评价比一般营利组织和政府部门绩效评价难度更大。目前我国对科技企业孵化器绩效评价已大致形成共识,绩效评价标准也渐趋成熟,绩效评价方法多属定性描述。但由于我国科技企业孵化器发展历史较短、统计资料欠缺、制度设计不全等因素,绩效评价在理论和实践方面都存在诸多问题。未来我国要在科技企业孵化器绩效评价研究上有所突破,应该做到制度创新、方法集成、内容创新,并加强组织能力建设。

Performance evaluation is focal and difficult point of the performance management of S&T business incubator. The performance evaluation of S&T business incubator is much more difficulty than the performance evaluation of profit organization and government departments due to the particularity of organization's mission & goal. The common views on the performance evaluation of S&T business incubator have taken shape in our country, the standards of performance evaluation are riper, most methods of performance evaluation are qualitative. However, there are a lot of problems on performance evaluation in the field of theory and practice because of those factors, such as the short developing history, lack of statistical data and flaws in system design. In the future,the research of performance evaluation of S&T business incubator will make great progress, if innovation of theory and content,integration of methods and improving the ability of management have been done .
