运用文献资料法、数理统计法,遵循运动生物力学基本原理,对跳远助跑与起跳参与因素进行分析,旨在确定跳远运动员腾空过程上体顶端最高点定点标志,使运动技能与运动素质迅速而有效地合成,为高水平运动员技术训练的调控及科学化训练提供依据一结果显示:跳远成绩的理想程度有赖于人体形态、速度能力、踏板瞬间水平速度、起跳阶段相关动作力学特征、起跳离地瞬间水平速度、垂直速度、初速度、腾起角、空中动作合理性、落地时脚的触地点与重心抛射轨迹点差值等诸多因素的整体效应。

Using literature and mathematical statistics method and following the basic principles of sport biomechanics of long jump run - up to participate in and take - off factors analysis, it aimed at identifying long jumpers vacated the top highest point of the process of fixed - point upper body, so the quality of sports skills and exercise promptly and efficiently, synthesis, high - level athletes for the regulation of technical training and provide the basis for scientific training. The results showed that the long jump score of the ideal body shape depends on the extent and speed capability, the level of pedal instantaneous speed, take - off stage of the mechanical characteristics of the relevant action, jump off the moment the level of speed, vertical speed, early speed and flight angle, air motion reasonable, when the feet touch the ground with the center of gravity locations projectile trajectory point margin, and the overall effect and many other factors.
