以呋喃甲醛和乙酸酐为原料,采用Perkin反应合成α-呋喃丙烯酸,并对影响产物产率的因素进行了研究.结果表明,α-呋喃丙烯酸最佳的合成条件为:n(呋喃甲醛):n(无水K2CO3):n(乙酸酐)=1:0.56:2.33,在150℃下回流反应30min,α-呋喃丙烯酸产率可达71.6%.产物的结构用FT—IR进行了确证.
以呋喃甲醛和乙痠酐為原料,採用Perkin反應閤成α-呋喃丙烯痠,併對影響產物產率的因素進行瞭研究.結果錶明,α-呋喃丙烯痠最佳的閤成條件為:n(呋喃甲醛):n(無水K2CO3):n(乙痠酐)=1:0.56:2.33,在150℃下迴流反應30min,α-呋喃丙烯痠產率可達71.6%.產物的結構用FT—IR進行瞭確證.
이부남갑철화을산항위원료,채용Perkin반응합성α-부남병희산,병대영향산물산솔적인소진행료연구.결과표명,α-부남병희산최가적합성조건위:n(부남갑철):n(무수K2CO3):n(을산항)=1:0.56:2.33,재150℃하회류반응30min,α-부남병희산산솔가체71.6%.산물적결구용FT—IR진행료학증.
α-furanacrylic acid was synthesized by perkin reaction of furfural and acetic anhydride, and factors influencing the yield were studied. It was found that when n (furfural):n (anhydrous potassiuim carbonate) :n(acetic anhydride)=1:0.56:2.33, and anhydrous potassium carbonate was as catalyst, the reaction was carried out for 30 min at 150 ℃, the yield of α-furanacrylie acid was kept about 68.00 %. And α-furanacrylic acid was determined by FT-IR .
