顾客关系资本是具有战略意义的资本。文章从企业欲获得并积累顾客关系资本,须有赖于企业构建和运用与顾客关系资本相匹配的企业能力角度,要求企业转变传统的以产品生产和销售为核心的能力结构,构建与顾客关系资本积累相匹配的企业能力体系,并提出相应对策。

Customer relationship capital is a strategic capital. Depend on the concept of customer relationship capital, this paper analyzes related enterprise competence, requires enterprises to change their traditional productions and marketing of products as the tore's ability to structure. This paper also draws upon some corresponding countermeasures for the construction of enterprise' related competence to accu- mulate customer relation capital.
