教师成长是世界教育改革与发展的重要课题。本文从“技术理性”、“实践理性”和“解放理性”三种修辞探讨了教师专业属性——从“技术”、“实践”走向“个人”。由此建基于“教师作为个人”的专业成长方法诞生了:教育自传法——基于个体、从内部人手、自我探究的方法。

The teacher growth is an important subject in the world educational reform and development. This article has discussed the change of teacher's professional attribute-from "technology", "practice" to "individual" according to the three rhetoric- "technological rationality", "practical rationality" and "emancipatory rationality". Therefore, the approach of professional growth on basis of "teacher as individual" can be obtained-educational autobiographical method based on individual, internal and self-inquiry.
