发端于社会相当性理论的允许危险理论是某些竞技致损行为的正当化根据。规则内竞技致损行为属正当行为，不应入罪；违反竞技规则并过失致人损害的行为属于允许风险范围内行为，不宜入罪；违反竞技规则并故意致人损害的情形超出了允许风险范围，可以入罪；非出于竞技目的而实施的致损行为，应当入罪。
髮耑于社會相噹性理論的允許危險理論是某些競技緻損行為的正噹化根據。規則內競技緻損行為屬正噹行為，不應入罪；違反競技規則併過失緻人損害的行為屬于允許風險範圍內行為，不宜入罪；違反競技規則併故意緻人損害的情形超齣瞭允許風險範圍，可以入罪；非齣于競技目的而實施的緻損行為，應噹入罪。
발단우사회상당성이론적윤허위험이론시모사경기치손행위적정당화근거。규칙내경기치손행위속정당행위，불응입죄；위반경기규칙병과실치인손해적행위속우윤허풍험범위내행위，불의입죄；위반경기규칙병고의치인손해적정형초출료윤허풍험범위，가이입죄；비출우경기목적이실시적치손행위，응당입죄。
The allowed danger theory, which originated from the theory of social worthiness, is the justification grounds of some sports injury behaviors. Sports injuries caused within sports hales fall into legitimate behavior and should not be convicted. The behaviors of violating sports rules and committing injuries by mistakes belong to allowed danger, and it is not proper for such behaviors to be convicted. Violating sports rules and committing injuries on purpose exceed allowed danger and such behaviors can be convicted. Behaviors causing injuries caused by non-sports purpose should be convicted.
