通过对女大学生身体成分和心肺功能测量,为女大学生制定有氧运动干预方案,探讨其对女大学生的身体形态和生理机能及身体素质等方面的影响,阐述有氧运动干预方案改善女大学生体质的机制。结果显示:有氧运动干预方案对女大学生身体形态、生理机能及身体素质的改善和提高效果明显。
通過對女大學生身體成分和心肺功能測量,為女大學生製定有氧運動榦預方案,探討其對女大學生的身體形態和生理機能及身體素質等方麵的影響,闡述有氧運動榦預方案改善女大學生體質的機製。結果顯示:有氧運動榦預方案對女大學生身體形態、生理機能及身體素質的改善和提高效果明顯。
통과대녀대학생신체성분화심폐공능측량,위녀대학생제정유양운동간예방안,탐토기대녀대학생적신체형태화생리궤능급신체소질등방면적영향,천술유양운동간예방안개선녀대학생체질적궤제。결과현시:유양운동간예방안대녀대학생신체형태、생리궤능급신체소질적개선화제고효과명현。
According to tests of female university students' body ingredient and cardio-pulmonary function, aerobic exercise plan is designed for them. The influence of aerobic to the students' body shape, body function and physical condition is investigated, and the mechanism of aerobic exercise plan to improve their body condition is presented. The result shows that the aerobic exercise can obviously improve the body shape, body function and physical condition of the female university students.
