随着网络的发展，网络舆论监督已成为重要的监督形式，发挥着特有的监督功能。由于受各种因素的制约，目前我国网络舆论监督中还面临着诸多矛盾和问题。解决这些矛盾和问题，要求整合各种资源加强网络基础设施建设，综合防范网络舆论监督过程中的侵权现象，构建网络舆论监督机制，创新网络舆论监督的形式与方法。
