文章以社会学的研究视角，透视了中国高校在突发事件的偶然性、突发事件的边界、应对模式和控制机制等所存在的四个理论误区，分析了产生这些误区的理论和社会根源以及由此给政策制定带来的不良影响，提出了要健全组织机构，制定管理制度，落实管理责任，完善处置预案，着力抓好突发事件管理的“三个体系”建设。

From angle of view of sociology study, this article analyzes the four theory errors such as the incident contingencies, incident border, patterns to deal with and control mechanisms of the incident management in China＇s colleges and universities, points out the theoretical and social root causes of these errors, as well as the adverse effects of these errors on policy-making. At last, this paper proposes that it is necessary to improve the organizational structure, establish management system, implement management responsibility, improve the disposal plan, and focus on building three systems of incident management.
