本研究选取Anderson1968年研究中的200个核心人格特质词汇，请165名在校大学生对词汇进行喜好度评定。对比Anderson（1968）的研究结果，发现：1）中西方被试均将真诚评定为最受欢迎的个性品质；2）中国被试作答较少出现极端值；3）中国被试评出的前10位积极品质均与人际和谐有关；而西方被试评出的前10位积极品质主要涉及诚信和个人能力两方面；4）中西方被试评出的前10位消极词汇均为他相关词汇，并和积极词汇相对应。
본연구선취Anderson1968년연구중적200개핵심인격특질사회，청165명재교대학생대사회진행희호도평정。대비Anderson（1968）적연구결과，발현：1）중서방피시균장진성평정위최수환영적개성품질；2）중국피시작답교소출현겁단치；3）중국피시평출적전10위적겁품질균여인제화해유관；이서방피시평출적전10위적겁품질주요섭급성신화개인능력량방면；4）중서방피시평출적전10위소겁사회균위타상관사회，병화적겁사회상대응。
165 college students rated 200 highly meaningful personality-trait words taken from Anderson＇s personality-trait words list in terms of preference. Compared with the results of Anderson＇s research（1968）, we found that 1）Chinese and western subjects all assessed sincerity as the most popular personality-trait word; 2） Chinese subjects scarcely chose the extreme scores; 3） The ten most popular positive personality-trait words of Chinese subjects are all related to interpersonal harmony; The ten most popular positive personality-trait words of western subjects mainly related to sincerity and personal ability; 4） The ten negative personality-trait words of Chinese and western subjects were all other relevant words, the negative words corresponding with the positive words.
