本研究在文献分析，访谈和专家咨询的基础上并经两次随机取样调查，通过对366名公民样本的探索性因素分析和351名公民样本的验证性因素分析，最终获得公民意识的五因子结构，即“参与意识”、“公共责任意识”、“法律意识”、“政治效能意识”、“权利意识”。
本研究在文獻分析，訪談和專傢咨詢的基礎上併經兩次隨機取樣調查，通過對366名公民樣本的探索性因素分析和351名公民樣本的驗證性因素分析，最終穫得公民意識的五因子結構，即“參與意識”、“公共責任意識”、“法律意識”、“政治效能意識”、“權利意識”。
본연구재문헌분석，방담화전가자순적기출상병경량차수궤취양조사，통과대366명공민양본적탐색성인소분석화351명공민양본적험증성인소분석，최종획득공민의식적오인자결구，즉“삼여의식”、“공공책임의식”、“법률의식”、“정치효능의식”、“권리의식”。
Based on the theory of civic conciousness, and consultation with professionals and random sampling, we explored the concept and structure of Chinese civic conciousness structure. 366 civilians＇ explorative factor analysis and 351 civilians＇ comfirmatory factor analysis revealed the civic conciousness had five factors： conciousness of participation, conciousness of public responsibility, conciousness of law, conciousness of politics efficency, and eonciousness of rights.
