武术散打运动是我国改革开放以后，历史与现实、继承与发展、改革与创新的产物，已经走过了30年历程。武术散打运动开展的最大贡献不在于运动项目本身，而在于运动实践所引发的我们对武术理论问题重新认识的一系列连锁反应。以唯物史观对武术散打运动产生的社会背景，试验过程的技术因素进行回顾；对武术散打的理论基础包括概念的定义、分类、本质特征以及技术规范等问题进行重新思考与总结；对武术散打运动的未来进行展望。

Sansbou is the outcome of history and reality, inheritance and development, reform and creativity since China s reform and opening-up, and has 30 years glorious history. The greatest contribution of Sanshou development does not lie in the event itself, but in the series of chain reaction on the re-understanding of Wushu theories brought about by Sanshou prac- tice. Applying the comprehensive thinking method of dialectical materialism, the social background, technique factors were reviewed and the definition of Wushu＇s concept, classification of Wushu content, essence characteristics, technique standard of Sanshou were summarized. The future trend of Sanshou was prospected with the purpose of providing the reference for scientifically constructing technique and theory system.
