以波特“钻石模型”作为理论基础，对我国区域体育产业竞争力进行系统分析，指出区域体育产业竞争力的主要影响因素以及评价原则，构建区域体育产业竞争力评价的指标体系。同时，选取北京、安徽、辽宁、云南、上海、广东、江西、内蒙古8省（自治区、直辖市）20002005年经济社会发展相关指标，运用因子分析法、主成分分析法对区域体育产业竞争力进行实证分析。得出当前我国体育产业竞争力可以划分三个层次，即体育产业竞争力强劲地区（北京，上海，广东），体育产业竞争力中等地区（辽宁），体育产业竞争力落后地区（江西，内蒙古，安徽，云南）。北京市体育产业竞争力最强（截止2005年）。最后提出提升区域体育产业竞争力的现实路径。

：This paper makes a systematical analysis on competitive power of regional sports industry in china, points out major factors as well as evaluation principles of competitive of regional sports industry and constructs indicator system of its evaluation with the theoretical foundation of “Diamond Model” by Port. Simultaneously, it selects correlative index of economic society development of 8 provinces or cities such as Beijing, Anhui, Liaoning, Yunnan, Shanghai, Guangdong, Jiangxi, Inner Mongolian in 2000-2005, carries on the empirical analysis to competitive power of regional sports industry with the factor analytic method and the princi- pal components analytic method. The conclusions are that competitive power of regional sports industry can be divided into 3 levels, namely strong areas of competitive power of sports industry （Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong）, medium power areas of competitive power of sports industry （Liaoning）, weak areas of competitive power of sports industry （Jiangxi, Inner Mongolia, Anhui, Yunnan）. Among them, Beijing is the strongest area of competitive power of sports industry （by the end of 2005）. Finally, it proposes practical ways to promote competitive power of regional sports industry.
