本文以当代翻译理论,特别是安德烈·勒菲弗尔的“改写”论为基础,以海明威的短篇小说《大双心河》的翻译为例,简要论述和例示了译者在文学翻译中的创造性角色。本文认为,译者在文学翻译中不再是“仆人”或“机器”,而是具有“主人”地位的阐释者,即“水下冰山的发掘者”。译者应当采用译者加注的方法,挖掘作品表面文字之下蕴藏的深刻含义。

본문이당대번역이론,특별시안덕렬·륵비불이적“개사”론위기출,이해명위적단편소설《대쌍심하》적번역위례,간요논술화례시료역자재문학번역중적창조성각색。본문인위,역자재문학번역중불재시“부인”혹“궤기”,이시구유“주인”지위적천석자,즉“수하빙산적발굴자”。역자응당채용역자가주적방법,알굴작품표면문자지하온장적심각함의。
Based on the contemporary translation theories, especially on Andre. Lefevere's "rewriting" theory,this study briefly states and exemplifies the translator's creative role in translating literary works,taking the translation of the short story Big Two-hearted River by Ernest Hemingway as an example. Translators are not "servants" or "machines" any more,but the interpreters, namely,"the diggers of the underwater iceberg" , who have the masters' status in translating literary works. Translators should explore the deep meanings under the surface ones.
