当前世界金融和经济危机的严重性主要体现在美国金融体系陷入困境、虚拟经济泡沫破灭、发达国家实体经济普遍严重衰退。危机有许多浅层次的原因，根源仍然是资本主义的基本矛盾。危机实质的新特点是新型的生产过剩，危机原因的新特点是资本主义基本矛盾的全球化。危机给中国带来五个方面的挑战和五个方面的机遇。危机的对策主要有两大类：发达国家的凯恩斯主义政策，中国特色的宏观调控政策。

： The hazards of global financial ＆ economic crisis can be mainly described as： financial system get into trouble, bubbles of fictitious assets come into burst, economy of many developed counties fall into heavily recession consistently. Comprehensive factors led this crisis happened, but the fundamental contradiction of capitalism is the root of this global crisis, although it reflects as a new form of overproduction and have some new features. This global crisis for China, we can see challenges and opportunities are co-existing, in this paper we summarized them into 5 points respectively. As a global crisis, varies countries inevitably involved in, but countermeasures of them to resist crisis are nothing more than two moods： western countries＇ Keynesian policy and China＇s macro-control policy.
