The spread of national financial crisis exposes many questions about the finaneial system in the international community, as well as in many countries （regions）. At the same time, the relevant legal issues emerges obviously. And the financial crisis is bound to lead to the crisis of financial law. The necessary and urgent task of the legal profession is to begin with the exploration of home and abroad incentives resulting in the financial crisis, and then to discuss the related legal issues, to reflect the system of defects, and to propose the rational system designing framework.
