我们在“高等师范院校教师评价的研究”课题的研究调查中发现普通师范院校目前的教师评价以总结性评价为主，而发展性评价因其激励、导向、发展的功能应该更多地被重视和使用。作者从发展性评价的特点出发，论述了发展性评价对提高普通师范院校师资水平的重要意义，并针对发展性评价难于操作的特点在评价实施方面作了探讨。
我們在“高等師範院校教師評價的研究”課題的研究調查中髮現普通師範院校目前的教師評價以總結性評價為主，而髮展性評價因其激勵、導嚮、髮展的功能應該更多地被重視和使用。作者從髮展性評價的特點齣髮，論述瞭髮展性評價對提高普通師範院校師資水平的重要意義，併針對髮展性評價難于操作的特點在評價實施方麵作瞭探討。

We have found, in the research subject entitled ＂The Study of Teacher Evaluation in Senior Normal College＂, that the current teacher evaluation in the general normal colleges is mainly summative evaluation, while more and more attention to the developmental evaluation should be paid and used because of the functions of encouragement, direction of guiding and development. This paper, from the characteristics of the developmental evaluation, discusses the developmental evaluation, which is of important meaning to improve the quality of teachers in general normal colleges but on the other hand is more difficult implemented.
