With the market promoting, farmland faces the demands of non-agricultural transfer opportunities and the internal configuration efficiency improving. But land as the factor of production, has transfer constraints for the defects of existing system arrangement, this paper discusses that how to throw of the fixed models and construct market transfer mechanism.
