通过分析当前地方高校IT专业人才培养中存在的问题，结合高校教学改革的实践经验，提出了“明确培养目标、科学规划课程体系、采用高效教学方法、强化实验与实践教学”的人才培养模式，该模式的构建将有助于应用型人才的培养，提高IT人才的专业素质和实践能力．
通過分析噹前地方高校IT專業人纔培養中存在的問題，結閤高校教學改革的實踐經驗，提齣瞭“明確培養目標、科學規劃課程體繫、採用高效教學方法、彊化實驗與實踐教學”的人纔培養模式，該模式的構建將有助于應用型人纔的培養，提高IT人纔的專業素質和實踐能力．
통과분석당전지방고교IT전업인재배양중존재적문제，결합고교교학개혁적실천경험，제출료“명학배양목표、과학규화과정체계、채용고효교학방법、강화실험여실천교학”적인재배양모식，해모식적구건장유조우응용형인재적배양，제고IT인재적전업소질화실천능력．
Through analyzing problems existed in traini combining the reference to the experience of teaching p ng IT professional personnel in local universities and ractice reform of one university, a new IT professional personnel training mode is proposed with ＇ defining training objective, planning scientifically the course system, adopting high-efficient teaching methods, strengthening the experiment and practice teaching ＇. The setup of the new mode wiU facilitate the cultivation of talented professionals, and will improve IT talents＂ professional quality and practice ability.
