为促进高等教育的健康发展,国家建立了5年一轮的普通高校本科教学水平评估制度。图书资料在评估中占有非常重要的地位,必须在思想上充分认识评估的重要性,认真研究评估体系中有关图书馆的要求,从服务理念、文献资源建设、服务内容和方式、馆员培训入手,抓住评估机遇,实现图书馆的跨越式发展。

위촉진고등교육적건강발전,국가건립료5년일륜적보통고교본과교학수평평고제도。도서자료재평고중점유비상중요적지위,필수재사상상충분인식평고적중요성,인진연구평고체계중유관도서관적요구,종복무이념、문헌자원건설、복무내용화방식、관원배훈입수,조주평고궤우,실현도서관적과월식발전。
To promote the healthy development of the institutions of higher education, the state established the teaching evaluation system that is operated every five years. In assessing, the library occupies a very important position. We must fully understand the importance of the assessment. We should study carefully the library system requirements, from the concept of services, construction of literature resources, services and means, and staff training, to seize the opportunity of the assessment and achieve the fast-step development of the library.
