英语学习者写作能力普遍不高，阅读与写作教学相互分离是众多原因之一。分析了英语写作存在的问题及其原因，论述了英语阅读与写作之间的相互关系，提出了在英语阅读中培养写作能力的措施，为师生闼读和写作教学及英语学习者提供参考。

The English learner＇s writing ability is usually not good. The writing teaching is not well conneeted with the reading teaching is one of its key reasons. These problems and their reasons in English writing are analyzed. The relationship between English reading and writing is discussed. Some methods to develop writing ability in English reading is put forward, so as to provide some suggestion for reading and writing teaching, and help the English learner to improve writing ability by himself.
