近年来，由于集体林权制度改革的不断深入，使森林资源资产经营模式呈现出多元化发展趋势，福建省由于全民所有制、集体所有制、个体经济、私营经济、混合经济等多种经济成分进入林业经营领域，从而对其国有林场、国有林业采育场、集体林场、个私林业以及混合经济林业联合经营等产生了明显的影响，并产生了一系列的森林资源资产多元化经营模式，这些经营模式各有其特点，其发展将有力地推进南方集体林区的森林资源资产化进程。

A series of diversification forest assets management mode were gradually appeared , these modes had respective character- istics, the process of forest resources assets of China＇ s southern collective forestry area were powerfully promoted by these modes developmnent.
