This paper systematically analyzes the evolution and the wisdom of western ecological ethics in search of a decision-making basis for the compatibility of industrial enterprise and ecological environmeat. It discusses the differences and the relationships between the decision-making based on the ecological ethics and the traditional one, and makes some researches on influential factors of decision-making and the decision-making pr.cess based on the ecological ethics.
