通过问卷调查,了解了中小企业员工职业生涯管理的实际状况,同时对员工的职业发展管理现状做了深入的分析,并提出一些合理的建议,即加强对员工职业生涯的规划管理;建立公平、合理的报酬激励体系;完善企业员工的培训制度,从而为中小企业员工职业生涯管理的完善提供一定的理论依据。
通過問捲調查,瞭解瞭中小企業員工職業生涯管理的實際狀況,同時對員工的職業髮展管理現狀做瞭深入的分析,併提齣一些閤理的建議,即加彊對員工職業生涯的規劃管理;建立公平、閤理的報酬激勵體繫;完善企業員工的培訓製度,從而為中小企業員工職業生涯管理的完善提供一定的理論依據。

Through a questionnaire survey, the paper knows about the present state of the staffs ' career management in small and medium-sized enterprises, at the same time it does an in-depth analysis on staff's occupation development management and puts forward some reasonable proposals , which aim at enhancing the planning and management of the staffs' career; establishing a fair and reasonable remuneration incentive system; improving employee training system, so as to provide a sound theoretical basis for staffs' career management in small and medium-sized enterprises.
