无直接利益冲突不是一般意义上的社会矛盾，而是社会矛盾日趋复杂的外在表现。利益表达渠道不畅导致社会矛盾外溢、贫富分化引起社会心态失衡、基层政府权威弱化造成社会规范失序以及社会治理机制的内在缺陷等是诱发无直接利益冲突的体制性症结，只有针对这些体制性症结，深化制度改革与创新，才能从根本上解决无直接利益冲突，实现社会的和谐稳定和国家的长治久安。
無直接利益遲突不是一般意義上的社會矛盾，而是社會矛盾日趨複雜的外在錶現。利益錶達渠道不暢導緻社會矛盾外溢、貧富分化引起社會心態失衡、基層政府權威弱化造成社會規範失序以及社會治理機製的內在缺陷等是誘髮無直接利益遲突的體製性癥結，隻有針對這些體製性癥結，深化製度改革與創新，纔能從根本上解決無直接利益遲突，實現社會的和諧穩定和國傢的長治久安。

The conflict of non--direct--interest is not a simple type of social contradictions, but the external performance of increasingly complicated social contradictions. It is caused by many institutional issues： overflowing social contradictions by poor access to expression of the interests, imbalance of mind by the polarization between the rich and the poor, social disorder of regulation by weakening authority of the grassroots government and inner insufficiency of social mechanism. Deepen the reforms and innovation so that we can promote social harmony and national stability.
