The sustainable education in primary and secondary schools are characterized by nonindependence, synthesis and practice. To adapt to these characteristics, the common learning of sustainable education in normal colleges and universities should be set up, which is constructed of theory modules, case modules, the research of the curriculum of the primary and secondary school modules and the operation modules.
