从公共投资、教育、健康、培训及迁移等角度全面度量了我国1978-2007年农村人力资本投资量，并在此基础上运用向量误差修正模型、协整检验、Granger因果检验对我国农村人力资本投资与非农就业的关系做了实证研究。结果表明，人力资本投资量是非农就业总比重的单向Granger原因，即前者有效地促进了后者的提高，但其影响具有滞后性；人力资本投资量不是农村劳动力当地非农就业比重的Granger原因，即前者并未促进后者的提高，反而更有效地促进了农村劳动力向城市非农产业转移。
從公共投資、教育、健康、培訓及遷移等角度全麵度量瞭我國1978-2007年農村人力資本投資量，併在此基礎上運用嚮量誤差脩正模型、協整檢驗、Granger因果檢驗對我國農村人力資本投資與非農就業的關繫做瞭實證研究。結果錶明，人力資本投資量是非農就業總比重的單嚮Granger原因，即前者有效地促進瞭後者的提高，但其影響具有滯後性；人力資本投資量不是農村勞動力噹地非農就業比重的Granger原因，即前者併未促進後者的提高，反而更有效地促進瞭農村勞動力嚮城市非農產業轉移。
종공공투자、교육、건강、배훈급천이등각도전면도량료아국1978-2007년농촌인력자본투자량，병재차기출상운용향량오차수정모형、협정검험、Granger인과검험대아국농촌인력자본투자여비농취업적관계주료실증연구。결과표명，인력자본투자량시비농취업총비중적단향Granger원인，즉전자유효지촉진료후자적제고，단기영향구유체후성；인력자본투자량불시농촌노동력당지비농취업비중적Granger원인，즉전자병미촉진후자적제고，반이경유효지촉진료농촌노동력향성시비농산업전이。
This article measures the amount of rural human capital investment in China comprehensively. It includes all the ways of investments, namely pubhc investment, education, health, trainning and migration investments. Then the vector error correction model, cointegration test, Granger causality test are used to analyze the relationship between human capital investment and the rural labor forces＇ non-agri- cultural employment. The result indicates that the amount of human capital investment can promote rural labor forces＇ non-agriculture employment effectively, but it has time lag. The amount of human capital investment can＇t promote rural labor forces＇ local non-agriculture employment; on the contrary, it can promote rural labors＇ migration to urban non-agriculture sector.
